Santa Fe Ranch Chicken Enchiladas - Mildly spiced chicken enchiladas with a creamy ranch style salsa sauce& topped w Cheddar cheese. Served yellow rice or garden salad, and chips & salsa.

Baked Lasagna – Lasagna noodles layered with Ricotta, Mozzarella, & Provolone cheeses, Homemade Tomato sauce, sliced Pepperoni, and finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Oregano. Served w/Garden Salad & bread

Monterey Barbeque Chicken- Boneless & skinless breast & thighs roasted in a Smokey sauce and topped with Cheddar Jack cheese. Served w/ Baked potatoes, Garden Salad and rolls.

Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole – Chicken, Wild rice, Green beans, Water chestnuts, pimentos, & Cheddar cheese & (special ingredients) blended together & baked to a golden brown. Served w/Garden Salad and rolls.

We provide everything needed for the lunch. Tea and bottled water will be served, unless there is a special request for something else.
